We are proud to have successfully held the first LGU Albuera Special Program for Employment of Students (SPES) Cumulation, a meaningful event that honors the dedication and hard work of our SPES beneficiaries.
Our heartfelt thanks to the Local Government Unit of Albuera, represented by our inspiring Municipal Administrator, Mr. Daryl C. Meneses, whose message reminded us all of the power of perseverance and the importance of investing in our youth. As he mentioned – a goal with no effort, and effort with no goal are both useless. His inspirational message resonated with our beneficiaries and we hope the students heed his wisdom and advice.
Thank you to the Department of Labor and Employment – West Leyte Field Office, for collaborating with the agency to bring opportunities to the poor and deserving youth of Albuera! Your guidance to newly-created office is invaluable, and we wish for more collaborative opportunities in the future – not just for the youth but also for the vulnerable sectors in society.
