Today, SLEO Chastity H. Barte of LGU Albuera and Ms. Ana Fetch of DOLE WLFO conducted an orientation for the third (and hopefully not the last) batch of SPES Beneficiaries. The batch targeted Out-of-School Youth and dependents of displaced workers. PESO Albuera is delighted to partner with DOLE again to help youth augment their finances and return to school after deployment.
